Please note that our product offerings may change over time as we expand or update our collection. While we strive to keep all product descriptions accurate and up to date, availability may vary.
Product Availability
The availability of each product is displayed on its respective page. Items that are out of stock will be labelled as “Out of stock.” In rare cases, this label may not display correctly due to technical errors. If such a situation occurs, we will contact you promptly to offer either a restock waiting period or a full refund for your order.
Estimated Processing Times
Our fulfilment time is calculated in business days and ranges from 2 to 5 business days for all production techniques.
Please note the following:
- Fulfillment time does not include shipping. To calculate the total time for an order to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfilment time with the estimated shipping time.
- Fulfilment averages are based on historical data for each product and calculated within a 30-day timeframe.
- Fulfilment averages do not account for orders placed on hold (e.g., due to incomplete customer details).
- Large orders may take slightly longer, but they will still be fulfilled within 5 business days.
- Fulfillment times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delivery time is calculated as:
Estimated Fulfillment Time + Estimated Shipping Time = Estimated Delivery Time.
Generally, orders take 5 to 15 business days to be fulfilled and delivered to most locations. Shipping times are based on historical data for deliveries to your region.
Please note that estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
- Products being out of stock.
- Shipping-related issues, such as failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or severe weather conditions.
We work hard to meet our delivery estimates for each order. However, if your order’s estimated delivery time has passed, we kindly ask that you wait an additional 5 business days before reaching out. If the delay persists, please contact us via email or through our Contact Page for assistance.
3. Pricing and Taxes
Product Pricing
The price of each product is clearly stated on its respective product page and includes VAT (Value Added Tax) where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before finalizing the order.
Additional Costs
While it is rare for any additional costs to arise after placing an order, we will notify customers via the email provided during checkout if such costs occur. Customers will be contacted within 48 hours of placing their order, and fulfilment will only proceed once we have received confirmation that the customer agrees to pay the extra costs.
Customs Fees
Shipments may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. These fees are determined by the destination country’s customs agency and are based on factors such as the order value, country-specific limits, and the nature of the products. Any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the appropriate customs agency.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery time is calculated as:
Estimated Fulfillment Time + Estimated Shipping Time = Estimated Delivery Time.
Generally, orders take between 5 to 15 business days to be fulfilled and delivered to most locations. Shipping times are calculated based on historical data for deliveries to your area or selling region.
Please note that the estimated delivery time (EDT) is not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
- Products being out of stock.
- Shipping-related delays such as failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or severe weather conditions.
While we work hard to meet our delivery estimates for every order and strive to minimize delays, Time Nomads shall not be held liable for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or transport disruptions.
Delays or Issues with Delivery
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, we kindly ask you to wait an additional 5 business days. If it still hasn’t arrived, please contact us via email or through our Contact Page for assistance. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
Lost Packages
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Don’t worry—we’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
We may ask for your assistance in the process, such as:
- Confirming that the shipping address provided was correct.
- Contacting the shipping carrier to attempt locating the lost package.
Please note: If the tracking information states that the order was delivered but the customer claims they haven’t received it, Time Nomads will not be held responsible. Any replacement or reshipping costs in such cases will be at the customer’s expense (see below).
Policy for Packages Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but hasn’t been received by the customer, Time Nomads will not cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.
Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly for more information. In some cases, the package may have been left in an unexpected location at the delivery address. Please check for additional details provided by the carrier, such as: “Left under the table on the back porch.”
Policy for Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item to our email or use our Contact Page. We’ll be happy to send a replacement at no cost to you.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation
Following EU and Spanish regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, without providing a reason. This right applies to most products, allowing you to return items for a full refund.
Refunds for cancellations will be issued using the same payment method you used to complete your purchase unless another method is agreed upon.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Digital products once they have been accessed or downloaded. By confirming the purchase and initiating the download, you agree to waive your right of withdrawal as allowed under EU law.
- Perishable items.
7. Returns and Refunds Policy

Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning items unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.
Incorrect or Insufficient Address
If a customer provides an address that is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the costs associated with reshipping the order after confirming an updated and accurate address.
Refund Processing Timeframe
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 15 business days. The refunded amount will be issued to the original payment method, and the customer will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.

Time Nomads’ liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question, except where liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
